Report by Diana Carolina Muñoz Barrantes, General Director – CONDORAY, INSTITUTO DE EDUCACION SUPERIOR PRIVADO | February 20, 2026
In 2025, Medialthea activated scholarships for four deserving female students at Instituto de Educación Superior Condoray, a private technical institute for women in Peru.
A total of $11,500 was deployed: initiating half-scholarships in 2025 and scaling to full scholarships from 2026, covering 50% of each student’s complete academic career, funding the equipment of a professional teaching kitchen, and opening a concrete path toward quality education and employment for four young women who would otherwise have faced significant financial barriers.
The four students behind the numbers
Condoray is a private technical institute exclusively for women, offering three professional programs — Accounting, Administrative Management, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management — designed to open doors to quality employment through personalized teaching, well-equipped workshops, and internship placements in leading companies.
Each of the four recipients was awarded a full scholarship (beca completa) covering the 2025 academic year as half-scholarships, scaling to full scholarships from 2026, as part of a three-semester commitment that funds half of their complete six-semester academic career.
- Yadhira Sorely Martinez Reyes - Accounting
- Lourdes María Aroni Vivanco and Rosa Martha Flores Huaranca — Administrative Management
- Sabrina Nayeska Alejandra Quijandría Cama — Hospitality and Restaurant Management
The impact of the scholarships is best told in the students’ own words. Watch their full testimonials below.
“The scholarship has had a very significant impact on me. It has allowed me to grow professionally and access quality education without having to worry so much about costs.” — Rosa Martha Flores Huaranca, Administrative Management
“Here I discovered my talents and learned to dream big.” — Yadhira Sorely Martinez Reyes, Accounting

“My goal now is to give my best, become a better student, and complete my training so I can support my family.” — Sabrina Nayeska Alejandra Quijandría Cama, Hospitality & Restaurants
Investing in infrastructure: the new teaching kitchen
In the last quarter of 2025, Medialthea‘s funding also made possible the completion and full equipment of a professional teaching kitchen at Condoray — a hands-on learning space designed for group practice, with capacity for up to 25 students simultaneously.
The investment of $4,440 covered six professional-grade stainless steel cooking stations, six refrigerated tables, and six wash units — the essential infrastructure for students in the Hospitality and Restaurant Management program to train in a real-world professional environment.
The kitchen is now operational and integrated into the program’s curriculum.
Full fund allocation
The total funding of $11,500 deployed by Medialthea for the Condoray project was distributed across three areas:
- Scholarships — $6,814 · 59%
- Kitchen equipment — $4,440 · 40%
- Administrative costs — $246 · 1%
59% of the total went directly to student scholarships, covering three semesters — half of each student’s complete academic career. The remaining 40% funded permanent infrastructure that will benefit all current and future students of the Hospitality and Restaurant Management program.
The scholarships activated in 2025 cover the first three semesters of each student’s academic career — half of the full six-semester program. The path ahead is still open: three more semesters remain to be funded for each of the four recipients.
According to Diana Muñoz, Director of Instituto de Educación Superior Condoray, the partnership with Medialthea represents far more than financial support — it is a recognition of the value of education for women who would otherwise have limited access to professional training.
