Naibala Academy was featured on TG2 Storie, the Rai 2 programme dedicated to stories, people and projects
creating positive change.
The report tells the story of the school’s growth: from a small initiative with just a few children and one teacher to a broader educational project serving more than 90 students and supporting the surrounding Maasai community.
A growing educational project
The service highlights some of the key elements that have shaped Naibala Academy over the years: access to clean water, agriculture, education, vocational training and community development.
Today, the project includes primary and Junior Secondary education, a two-year tailoring programme, artistic activities and sport.
Among the most recent initiatives is the creation of bags combining colourful African fabrics with recycled cement sacks, transforming discarded materials into new products through design and craftsmanship.
